Guests who order with us before 6 PM may choose from the following selections. Chef Kelly selects each offering and provides an opportunity to experience a unique fish preparation nightly.

Petite cut, served with a steakhouse butter.

Oven Roasted Garlic Prawns
Black tiger prawns are split, and seasoned with an aromatic butter.

Kelly’s Ravioli Selection
Made by Fasta and Ravioli Co. in Pleasant Gap. Your server can describe tonight’s selection.

Garlic-Parmesan Stuffed Chicken
A skin on, airline breast, stuffed with fresh herbs, garlic and parmesan. Pan Seared and roasted, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, market vegetables, and a rich pan jus.

Seared Filet Mignon Medallions
Topped with your choice of a roasted wild mushroom, creamy bleu cheese or a lobster cream sauce.

Thai Chicken Sandwich
A large well-seasoned chicken breast is tossed in a lemongrass-curry marinade and grilled. Served on a toasted Ciabbatta roll with crisp lettuce, chopped basil and a sweet thai chili mayonaisse. 10-

Grilled Reuben/Rachel
Thinly sliced corned beef mounded high with a layer of sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing on thick grilled rye bread. Make it a Rachel by substituting Turkey. 9-

Kobe Burger
A 1/2 lb. American Kobe beef patty is peppercorn crusted. Served with Wasabi Aioli, crispy pickled red onion, juicy tomato and shredded iceberg lettuce on a sturdy Brioche roll. 13-

Prime Rib Sandwich
Thinly sliced prime rib, with caramelized onions, and smoky Gouda cheese. Served on a grilled Ciabatta roll with Au jus for dipping. 11-

Bison Burger
A ½ lb. domestic buffalo patty grilled to your liking. Topped with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion and smoked Gouda Cheese. Served on a Brioche roll with a roasted garlic mayonnaise. 13-

Grilled Fish Tacos
Tender Game fish rubbed in garlic and herbs, grilled moist and served in soft flour tortillas with a creamy slaw and fresh salsa, with crispy tortilla chips. 13-

Crab Cake Sandwich
Rich crab cakes made with jumbo lump crabmeat, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and panko breadcrumbs, then pan seared golden. Served on a Kaiser bun with remoulade sauce. 12-

Blackened Salmon Sandwich
Fresh wild Sockeye salmon is seasoned with a Cajun dry rub and flash seared. Served with our housemade artichoke tarter sauce, crisp lettuce and juicy tomato slices on a Kaiser bun. 11-
