Chef Kelly's Dinner Specials January 27th through February 23rd Starter Fried Mozzarella Squares A grown-up version of a classic. Two large mozzarella squares are hand-breaded in Japanese breadcrumbs and fried until crisp and gooey. Served with warm marinara sauce and topped with chopped parsley and shredded parmesan. Entrees Chophouse Bacon Cheeseburger The ultimate burger made in the classic chophouse style. A 1/2 lb. of premium ground beef mixed with scallions, white onion, parmesan cheese, and mushrooms. Grilled to your liking and topped with Swiss and cheddar cheeses and thick sliced bacon. Accompanied by a roasted onion spread on a sturdy Kaiser roll. Served with your choice of fries, slaw, or baked beans. Cajun Fried Chicken Salad Spicy Cajun fried chicken breast, sliced and served over a crisp mixed green salad with crisp celery, scallions, bell peppers, red cabbage, carrots, and a chipotle ranch dressing. Togorashi Spiced Swordfish A large steak cut of swordfish is lightly seasoned with Japanese Togorashi spices and grilled medium. Served with ginger-jasmine rice and a wasabi-soy buerre blanc sauce.
