 In December our wine list expanded its selections. In addition to our selection of wines by the glass and standard size bottle list, we have introduced a half bottle selection, a selection of dessert wines and Organic Wines by the Bottle. Check out the complete new expanded wine list on our Wine List page. We are very proud to announce that Wine Spectator Magazine  has chosen Kelly's for their Award of Excellence for 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Great job, Jean. November's issue of State College Magazine recognized Kelly's for the fifth straight year as the Best Steak Restaurant in the Centre Region. We were recognized for the fourth straight year as The Best Seafood Restaurant in the Centre Region. For the third time in four years we were voted the Best Hamburger in the area as well. Four Awards, wow !! Thank you one and all for your faithful patronage.

Starter

Fried Mozzarella Squares

A grown-up version of a classic. Two large mozzarella squares are hand-breaded in Japanese breadcrumbs and fried until crisp and gooey. Served with warm marinara sauce and topped with chopped parsley and shredded parmesan.

Entrees

Chophouse Bacon Cheeseburger

The ultimate burger made in the classic chophouse style. A 1/2 lb. of premium ground beef mixed with scallions, white onion, parmesan cheese, and mushrooms. Grilled to your liking and topped with Swiss and cheddar cheeses and thick sliced bacon. Accompanied by a roasted onion spread on a sturdy Kaiser roll. Served with your choice of fries, slaw, or baked beans.

Cajun Fried Chicken Salad

Spicy Cajun fried chicken breast, sliced and served over a crisp mixed green salad with crisp celery, scallions, bell peppers, red cabbage, carrots, and a chipotle ranch dressing. 

Togorashi Spiced Swordfish

A large steak cut of swordfish is lightly seasoned with Japanese Togorashi spices and grilled medium. Served with ginger-jasmine rice and a wasabi-soy buerre blanc sauce.

Vietnamese Pho

Back by popular demand. A rich beef broth simmered with rice noodles, beef meatballs, thinly sliced filet mignon, and topped with chopped cilantro, sweet onion, and mint. Made with love by Tien herself!

Dijon Pork Ribeye

An ultra tender 8 oz. pork ribeye is marinated in Dijon mustard and coated with Panko, parmesan, and parsley. Oven baked, drizzled with a creamy Dijon sauce and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes.

Horseradish Crusted New York Strip Steak

A large, tender 10 oz. New York strip steak is crusted with horseradish and pan seared to your liking. Topped with a creamy aoili, and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
