Chef Kelly's Dinner Specials August 13th through September 2nd Starter Heirloom Tomato Salad Fresh, juicy Heirloom tomatoes are sliced and served with fresh Buffalo mozzarella, julienned basil, olive oil, Balsamic syrup, and our house Hawaiian seasoning blend. Chicken Sesame Salad Oven roasted chicken breast and romaine lettuce tossed with crisp celery, and sweet bell peppers in a sesame oil dressing. Topped with toasted almonds, and crispy wonton strips. Entrees Indochine Burger Based on the popular Vietnamese bahn mi sandwich. Ground pork is seasoned with ginger, garlic, star anise, and chili sauce, formaed into a patty and grilled. Topped with a Thai herb mayonnaise and shredded lettuce on a toasted French roll. Served with your choice of fries, baked beans, or coleslaw. Steelhead with Basil Garlic Butter Fresh, wild Steelhead is actually a sea-going trout, but has all the properties and flavors of salmon. Basted with a basil-garlic butter and oven roasted. Served with a pesto buerre blanc, red jacket mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Bourbon Kobe Flank Steak A large 10 oz. Kobe flank steak is marinated in Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, garlic, ginger, and bourbon. Grilled to your liking and served with a rich bourbon DEemi glaze and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Dijon Chicken A large chicken breast is marinated in Dijon mustard and coated with Panko, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
