All entrees include our kiosk bar with fresh fruits, pastries and salads. Also included is bottomless coffee or tea.

A Sunday brunch classic. A blend of fresh squeezed orange juice and sparkling wine. Sure to wet your appetite.

Classic Eggs Benedict

Lean Canadian bacon on a fresh toasted English muffin topped with lightly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.

Dungeness Crab Benedict

Creamy Dungeness crab on a fresh toasted English muffin topped with lightly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.

The Country Breakfast

Italian sausage and thick pepper bacon served with farm fresh three cheese scrambled eggs.

**Seafood Joe**

Farm fresh scrambled eggs with Dungeness crab, sweet bay shrimp, fresh spinach, onion, mushrooms and lobster sauce on a fresh toasted English muffin.

Breakfast Wellington

Light fluffy scrambled eggs, smoked ham and Swiss cheese are wrapped in a crisp puff pastry served on a bed of creamy Gouda sauce.

Thick Cut Vanilla French Toast

Soft Brioche bread from Gemelli Bakery served atop sautéed fresh Granny Smith apples with golden raisins, cinnamon and fresh whipped cream.

Banana-Macadamia Nut Pancakes

Sourdough pancakes flavored with sliced bananas and chopped toasted macadamia nuts.

Seattle Scramble

House smoked King salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, button mushrooms and sliced scallions.


ENTREE SELECTIONS

Seafood Louie

Crisp romaine and Iceberg lettuce served with a large Roma tomatoe, pickled asparagus, hard boiled egg, and topped with Dungeness crab and sweet bay shrimp.

Oven Roasted Garlic Prawns

Black tiger prawns are split, seasoned with garlic, shallots and lemon. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Prime Rib

28 - day aged Certified Black Angus prime ribs are scored, rubbed with rock salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, thyme and onion, and then slow cooked. Served with fresh grated horseradish, au jus, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Grilled Salmon with Citrus Butter

Salmon fillet grilled and basted with a lightly seasoned citrus butter. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Grilled Medium Rare.

Seared Filet Mignon Medallions

Encrusted in a Porcini mushroom dry rub, seared and topped with a wild mushroom ragout. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
